Yay, today is Friday! Boy have we had a fun filled week. This is the last group photo for the week and because the others have been so serious (?), Steve said we could pull a funny face (not sure he knew what he was in for), and show our best side (thanks Hugh).
We have really enjoyed our special "under 8's"week. We would like to thank our Mums and Dads for all the effort on costumes etc, and our teachers for organising it all.
THANK YOU!!!!!
The Prep J boys about to join the other preparatory boys, and the boys from years 1 and 2 for some fun activities. The boys will be grouping up in their house colours.
The Prep J Musgrave boys. What a well behaved group of boys they are.
Get in the photo Jack!
Hamish Batty, all smiles.
Are you boys listening?
This is so much fun!
Quick while there is still enough room!
A wonderful team activity. Very colourful too!
Pre race nerves being displayed at the start of the sack race. The boys are anxious to get in their vehicles and start their engines!
The boys are all lined up and Mrs Philp is about to get them on their way.
Mrs Philp had to test out the sack race equipment to make sure all was in order. Her quote of the day: "Saxon, sacks off".
Mrs Philp is using the concentration method prototyped by Mason. :-)
Hang on, someone has a height advantage here! Steve couldn't resist having a couple of sack races. He'd better watch out, the gun is about to go.
Synchronised jumping from Finn and co.
Nice technique Kobi!
Smile for the camera Cody!
Mitch in his blue sack, grabbing some serious air!
Mrs Philp has made the final turn and she has her eyes on the prize.
William and Cody at the cutting/folding table.
Harri concentrating, with his tongue LEFT.
Finn concentrating, with his tongue RIGHT.
Mason concentrating, with his tongue UP.
Maybe we have some budding archaeologists at TSS?
Time to dig in the sandpit. Where are all the yellow teddy bears buried?
Cody colouring in his pirate ship.
Time for some artwork. It is pirate ship time.
The under 8's boys all assembled in the Pearce theatre for a fun presentation to round off the week.
Performance time on stage. Which boys are under these costumes and masks?
Hugh checking up on the footwork of Mason.
The audience performed too. Mitch, Finn, Cody and Mrs Philp all joined in.

Today is Teddy Bears Picnic day so the boys have brought along their friends. The Teddy Bears weren't very good at sitting still for their photo with the boys, so the boys are trying to settle them down and get them to sit still. Good boys.
Well, we found the best way to get the Teddy Bears to settle down: put them in their very own photograph. I wonder which boy (or Daddy or Teacher) belongs to which Teddy Bear? Is that Harri hiding behind his Teddy Bear?

It is "What I want to be" day in class. The world will be well stocked with feisty Policeman, Firemen and Armed forces thanks to Prep J.

One of the boys has been in the same seat for the group photo on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Which one?
Cody and Jack - the firemen of Prep J. The boys struggled to find parking for two big red trucks! Cody & Jack would climb up the rungs of their fireman ladder. What is the name of the vertical parts of the ladder, that the rungs attach to? (Hint: show a bit of style when you give your answer).
Hamish (pilot), Troy (Steve Irwin helper), Cody (fireman), Saxon (marine).
Jake having his camouflage paint applied (don't forget to moisturise Jake!)
Saxon, Fraser, Jake and Hugh posing during their tour of duty at TSS.
An individual photo of each of the boys. How did Mrs Joss sneak in there?

Today is "Shapes" day. The boys have been exercising and really are in good shape, as you can see.
Mrs Joss asked Finn to think outside of the box.
William running circles around a shapely Cody.

It's Monday 22nd of May and today is "Dress Up as Dad" day at Prep J. What a talented bunch of Dad's these boys must have!
Cody and William (with business cards). What lovely teeth these boys have.
